DrugPair should correct material health-information errors promptly and transparently.
What to report
Useful reports include the page URL, the exact sentence or result, the reason it may be wrong or outdated, and a primary source when available. Do not include prescription images, medicine lists, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal health information.
How corrections are handled
DrugPair will compare the report with primary sources, consult a qualified reviewer for clinical issues when available, update the page and modification date, and add a visible correction note when the change is material.
A verified public corrections address has not yet been supplied for this repository. It must be added here before the corrections workflow can be considered operational; DrugPair will not invent an address or claim that reports are monitored when they are not.
